Refreshing and full of anti-oxidants
What you'll need:
1 cup of mixed berries
1 banana
1 orange
3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup of coconut water
Method:
Place mixed berries, banana, orange and yoghurt into the blender, blend on low. Slowly pour in the coconut water until the preferred consistency is reached.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
